Cancellation and refund policy

Aqua Hotel Yala – Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to reservations made directly via our website (https://aquahotelyala.com), with our reservations team, or through authorised booking partners unless stated otherwise.

1. Standard Rate Reservations

  • Full refund: Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival.
  • 50% refund: Cancellations made 13–7 days before arrival.
  • No refund: Cancellations within 6 days of arrival or no-shows.

2. Non-Refundable Reservations

Reservations booked under a Non-Refundable Rate cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded. The full payment is charged at the time of booking.

3. Reservation Amendments

Date changes are subject to availability and may incur rate differences. Amendments requested within the penalty period may be treated as cancellations.

4. Early Departure

Guests who check out earlier than planned will be charged for the full stay as originally booked.

5. Group Reservations (Five or More Rooms)

  • Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to arrival.
  • Late changes or reductions follow the group agreement terms.

6. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days and returned to the original payment method.

7. Force Majeure

In cases of natural disasters, travel restrictions, or other events beyond our control, alternative dates or credits may be offered at the hotel’s discretion.
